SHIPPING POLICY

HANDMADEBYTENILLE uses Australia Post for all orders. Domestic delivery times can vary from 2 to 7 business days. We ask our customers to allow approximately 5 business days from the purchase date for their package to arrive. International order delivery dates vary. Please see below for more details.​

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIAN) DELIVERY 

HANDMADEBYTENILLE ships out orders within 3 business days from the day of purchase unless the order contains preorder items. The delivery times can vary from 2 to 7 business days, but you should allow approximately 5 business days from the purchase date in most cases. HANDMADEBYTENILLE currently offers different Domestic shipping options which can be viewed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (With Tracking Number)  - $9.70 Flat Rate 

HANDMADEBYTENILLE deserves the right to charge an 'OVERSIZED PARCEL' fee if your package dimensions increase postage to over $20 AUD. You will be notified via email if this occurs and will be sent an invoice which will require payment before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver products internationally. Please send us an email for more information before placing an order to ensure you have a smoother purchase experience for international customers. 

BUILD A BOX (DELAYED SHIPPING OPTION) - LIVE STREAMS/RIP N' SHIPS

​At checkout for Rip n' Ship items there is only BUILD-A-BOX option. This option to hold your order, until shipping is selected from the store at a later date. This is mainly for customers that purchase products from our live Rip n' Ship opening section of the store. All products on offer in this section of the store come with the entertainment aspect of having your products opened up by Tenille during the next live Pokemon stream on YouTube. 

If you choose the free shipping option your order will be held and you can continue to add to your order until you purchase shipping (Domestic - within Australia or International) for it to be shipped out. Orders will be held for a maximum of 6 months from last order or until we receive instruction that you wish to have your order shipped. Once shipping request has been received HANDMADEBYTENILLE will pack your order/s into a shipping box, calculate the total cost of shipping based on size of box required and total weight. For orders that exceed the original shipping cost a custom shipping item link in our store will be created, for the customer to use to pay the shipping bill before items will be shipped. 

In the event of sealed product being available to purchase in the store a set shipping cost for that item and any subsequent items will be calculated at checkout. Please read description of each item if unsure whether the item is to be opened live or remains sealed.

HANDMADEBYTENILLE reserves the right to repurpose any unclaimed don't ship orders after the 6 month holding period expires.
